About Me
I am Mélanie, I am French and grew up in the south-west of France.
I have been teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) for over 20 years in France, Austria and the UK.
I specialise in immersive courses and I currently work for some of the major language schools in central London.
I have developed alternative learning technics that bring even the most grammar-phobic person to speak! A language is a live and interactive skill and it can be learnt many different ways. My approach is versatile and serves my clients needs and goals.

I have lived and worked in various countries over the years but London, and more specifically Wapping, has been my home for 14 years now.
​As a Wapping resident, I would like to give people in the neighbourhood the opportunity to learn locally.
If you live or work in Wapping, I can come to your house or your office; we can also meet at a café or go for walks while speaking and learning the language. It is a very fun and effective way to learn.
I will tailor the lessons to your needs, your wishes and your goals.
Some of my clients are starting from scratch, some want to polish their conversational skills before a holiday in France while others need to prep for a new job in a French environment or want to finally be able to communicate better with their in-laws or be able to switch to French with their bi-national grandchildren.
Every profile is different but I will adapt to your specific situation, use material and ressources relevant for your individual needs and build a course that will make you reach your French goals!

3. Log in or sign in to your Member area and have access to our interactive calendar.
Please note: you must be over 18 and the minimum time for each session is 1,5 hours.
Through our interactive calendar you can see when slots are free. You can schedule all the sessions in advance or book as you wish, one session at a time.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy: you will be able to cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 48 hours prior to the session's time, past that threshold the lesson will be considered taken.
